TERMS + CONDITIONS
ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER BY HAND — THERE WILL BE VARIATION IN SIZE, COLOR AND FINISH — THESE ARE NOT CONSIDERED FLAWS
- Minimum opening order is $1,000
- Minimum reorder is $500
- Case packs apply to dbO WARE collection
- Feel free to mix and match all dbO HOME collection ceramics
- Orders must be confirmed with a valid credit card (VISA, MC, DISCOVER or AMEX)
- Orders must be confirmed via email or fax. With this confirmation dbO HOME will charge a non-refundable 30% deposit of the total order and begin work.
- A 50% deposit is required on all furniture and custom orders.
- All items are to order for you.
- Payment in full, including shipping charges is required before goods are shipped (credit card or check accepted).
- You will be notified that your order is ready prior to charging the balance of your invoice.
- If payment by check, dbO HOME will ship goods after the check has cleared.
- Sorry no CODs.
- Delivery time is usually 8-12 weeks depending on order size and complexity.
- dbO WARE products not in stock have a 12 week lead time.
- Furniture and custom orders may incur a longer lead time.
- Cancellations after receipt of an approved order confirmation will not be refunded the deposit.
- Goods ship via UPS GROUND from Sharon, CT for domestic orders.
- For international orders or furniture orders we will find the least expensive, safest shipping choice.
- In case of discrepancies or damaged merchandise please contact dbO HOME within 5 days and retail all original packing for carrier inspection.
- All piece are made to order for you, no returns accepted.
