ORDER CONFIRMATION
Orders must be secured with a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express)
Orders placed via the website will be considered confirmed and a 20% non-refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card. A 50% deposit is required for all furniture and custom orders. All items are made to order.
Orders placed via email or phone will be sent an Order Confirmation for approval. Then the deposit as above will be charged.
PAYMENT
Payment in full, including shipping charges, is required before goods are shipped (credit card or check accepted). You will be notified that your order is ready prior to charging the balance of your invoice. If payment by check dbO Home will ship goods after the check has cleared. Sorry, no CODs.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is usually 8-12 weeks depending on order size and complexity. Tables and custom orders may incur a longer lead time. If you have a particular date you need the order delivered please email us with your special request.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations after receipt of an order confirmation will not be refunded the deposit.
SHIPPING
Goods ship via UPS Ground FOB Sharon, Connecticut. For our tables we will find the safest and most cost effective shipper to your area. Pick ups are accepted but we are not a retail location. For international orders please call us at 860 364 6008.
In case of discrepancies or damaged merchandise contact dbO Home within 5 days. Please retain all original packing for carrier inspection.
RETURNS
All pieces are made to order for you, no returns accepted.
