At dbO Home we aim to please. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept it for an exchange or store credit of the amount paid for the item and sales tax where applicable within 2 weeks of purchasing. Shipping charges if any, will not be refunded. If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us immediately. We do not accept returns on Special Orders.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Customers must email email@example.com to receive a return authorization.
- Merchandise returned without an authorization will not be accepted and will be refused or returned to you at your expense.
- Please include the return authorization number with the return.
- You must ship the item back as we shipped to you — well packed and insured.
- Items returned damaged will not be accepted and exchange or store credit will be denied.
- You will receive a return confirmation email upon receipt of authorized, non-damaged goods.
