Queen Anne's Lace Salt Bowls (Set of 2) - Brown Sugar Glaze
This small batch of tableware, a tribute to my very first collection, encapsulates the fleeting magic of summer's end. Each piece is created by rolling Queen Anne’s Lace into the clay then cutting and forming into unique objects. The beautiful flower is abundant along the curvy rural roads of our Connecticut town. They’re a marker of summer and it’s softness. I’ve been asked on many occasions to bring the pattern back. This summer I made a limited selection of bowls and platters meant to elevate your table all year round.
I made two (2) sets of these sweet little salt bowls. The shape is a version of my very first collection I launched in 2007 and was originally made for a chef at Winvian in Morris, CT. Glazed in our neutral brown sugar glaze - a brownish grey with snowflake satin white.
There are two (2) sets available, and the price listed is for one set of two bowls
