When Daniel sets out to make a new piece he often sets aside plans and allows the wood to dictate what it will be. This live edge Claro Walnut chaise is a perfect example of his style. He combines the natural edged slices of wood with hand carved legs tied together with mortise and tenon joints and finished with Tung oil and beeswax. Signed and dated.
